Sometimes you meet people who just restore your faith in community spirit, and the lovely team at M&Y Maintenance and Weaver Vale Housing Trust, are exactly those kind of people. We had to share their story because it's just too wonderful not to!

Double the Kindness

It all started when M&Y Maintenance came to fit some brand new doors for us. Now, we were already chuffed about getting these lovely new doors - they've made such a difference to our space and we absolutely love them. But here's where the story gets even better.

After finishing up the door work, the M&Y team didn't just pack up and head home. Instead, they popped over to Asda and spent over £300 on groceries for our Winsford Community Hub. Can you believe that? We certainly couldn't!

It's brilliant to see businesses thinking beyond just the job at hand and really considering how they can make a positive difference locally.
