Changing Lives Together is a charity that has been serving the people of Cheshire for over 25 years! Our founders, Gary Cliffe and Deina Smith, established the organisation in Winsford with a mission to find innovative solutions for environmental and social challenges that benefit our local communities. We offer a wide range of services to meet different needs, and we hope to welcome you to one of our sites soon!

We merged with CCDT and formed Changing Lives Together "CLT"
We took over Winsford Community Centre, and re-branded to The Very Green Grocery
