Supporting you for a better health and wellbeing

We are here to offer some support if you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, low mood, or just simply need a space to talk openly about the emotions and feelings you’ve been experiencing without any judgement.


Firstly, it’s ok not to be ok and it’s a positive step that you want to access some support for your own wellbeing.


On acceptance into the project, you will be allocated your own wellbeing coordinator and can access up to six wellbeing sessions.


The sessions are tailored around you as an individual and held over the phone. If there is anything we are unable to help you with, we will seek to find you the right support services that may be of benefit or more suitable to you.
