Buddying & Befriending
Reducing social isolation
We are here to help anyone over 50 experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Perhaps because of the coronavirus situation.
Our befrienders try and help some of the more vulnerable in our community. They contact their buddy with a visit, telephone call or on-line chat once or twice a week. We want to stop feelings of loneliness. Volunteers can also assist with shopping or collecting medicines etc. if that suits everyone.
If you, or someone you know, wouid like to be a buddy or a befriender, please call Pete Marsden on 07919 327131 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
